Day 30 / Aug 5 / Sioux Falls, SD to Jackson, MN /93.2 miles and 2,357 feet / 83 degrees with stiff headwind

About 16 miles into our ride today, we crossed into Minnesota. Our seventh state of this journey.

Other than the switch of states, the day was very similar to our ride on Friday with lots of corn and soybeans and an occasional pig farm. Oh, except that it was our first cloudy day. The clouds brought cooler weather, which was very much appreciated by these two cyclists.
