Day 44 / Aug 19 / Rest Day
We are enjoying our final rest day of this adventure. It’s been a lot of miles on the bicycle, and we were ready for a break. It is also raining today – so it’s a good day to not have to ride.
As I referenced in yesterday’s post, Niagara Falls isn’t quite what I expected, but I guess it matches many tourist locations of our time. There is a lot to “see” besides the Falls…I guess they have figured out a way to keep families in town for a few days…
Most of you know how much I love flowers and gardening – so I was happy to see lots of great plantings here in the park.
And there is always an entertaining t-shirt available and an odd souvenir available.
Not at all flattering…

I’ve read each day’s adventure. Wow you have been pedaling a lot. Thanks for the wonderful pictures and wish the best for the rest of the ride. Getting close to end. Keep on pedaling. When you get to the Atlantic Ocean jump into the ocean like you did that with me at the Pacific Ocean.
