Today we flew from Buenos Aires to Iguazu Falls. Rain was in the forecast, but it was a beautiful sunny day by the time our plane landed in Iguazu. We had an opportunity to walk the upper trail loop on the Argentina side of the falls. Here are a few of the photos from the hike.

We also saw a few creatures on our walk…a regular “sidewalk” lizard.

Our hotel sits with a view of the falls…

As you might imagine, there are monkeys that wander the hotel property looking for items people have left on balconies that they can steal. We didn’t leave anything out there, but saw them running from balcony to balcony just before dinner.

Finally, the flowers of the day….

The shower here is an 8.5. It could have scored higher, but the drain is a little slow. LOL

Glad you are having such a nice start to your trip! Love the beautiful pictures esp the rainbow. Ed says it wasn’t on his mind that you’d have monkeys running across your balcony. 😀
Apparently, the monkeys find plenty to steal and play with, so they spend quite a bit of time in the evenings and the mornings hanging around the balconys of the hote.
Beautiful!! Thanks for sharing your amazing trip!
