Day 14 / July 20 / Three Forks to Livingston / 68.5 miles, 2495 feet

We rode a good portion of this route in 2013 when we rode Cycle Greater Yellowstone. It was just as beautiful the second time around and ended with a very nice downhill ride into Livingston.

Bill got extra credit when he missed one of the turns and went five miles before one of the support vans caught him and turned him around. Because of that move, we are the proud caretakers of Elmo for another day.

Our ride took us around Bozeman, MT and past many large ranch homes. Just outside the Bozeman airport, we came upon the studio of the artist that designed and made the Blue Horses on the hill outside Three Rivers.

His name is Jim Dolan and he also made the art installation outside the Sacajawea Hotel where Bill and I stayed in Three Rivers.

And, today, we saw a bit more wildlife. LOL

We stayed in Livingston a couple years ago on a road trip. It was when the Yellowstone river was flooding some. Very cute town. Ride is looking beautiful. Way to get extra credit Bill😁
